Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how XortiCom LLC ("XortiCom," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit xorticom.com, contact us, or purchase and use our software products. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you fill out our contact form or email us, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Purchase information. When you buy a paid product, the transaction is processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle collects the billing and payment details needed to complete your purchase (for example, name, email, billing country, and payment method). XortiCom receives order and license information from Paddle (such as your name, email, product purchased, and country) but does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Website usage. Like most websites, our server may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and basic diagnostics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Information We Do Not Collect From Our Software

Our desktop applications (XortiCom BLUE, SonicRocket, and SlideFusion) run on your own computer. The files, audio, presentations, and course content you work with stay on your machine unless you choose to move them. BLUE MACHINE stores rosters and training results on a web server you own and control; that data is not sent to or stored by XortiCom. We do not have access to the content you create or process with our Products.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, deliver and license the products you purchase, provide support, send transaction-related messages, maintain the security of our website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate: with Paddle, to process payments and provide licenses; with service providers who help us run the website or send email (for example, our web host and mail provider); and where required by law or to protect our rights. Each of these parties is expected to handle your information consistent with applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We keep contact-form messages for up to 24 months, and order records for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements (typically up to 7 years), after which we delete or anonymize them.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We will respond as required by applicable law. Purchase-related data held by Paddle is also subject to Paddle's own privacy policy.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and products are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. International Users

XortiCom is based in the United States. If you contact or purchase from us from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
